Yin Man is the PAAB’s Senior Reviewer of Preclearance Services. As the supervisor of the review team, Yin administers the escalation process. Note that she oversees training & development of each reviewer and is responsible for the review team performance.

Pauline Dong, the PAAB’s Senior Reviewer of Policy, covers escalations in Yin’s absence. Pauline also administers escalations on submissions reviewed by Yin.
