October 1 - Client Focus Group - Mississauga

October 2 - Staff Focus Group - Pickering

October 8 - Client Focus Group - Montreal

November 15 – Board Strategic Planning Meeting, 9 am to 5 p.m. at CFPC in Mississauga

December 12 – Executive Committee

January 17, 2003 – Annual/General Meeting
